How the process works
Inquire
Communication is key when it comes to creating the perfect project. Please reach out via email with the project you have in mind, and from there we can start the process. During this phase, I will work closely with you to better understand your style and taste and ensure that we are on the same page when it comes to your overall vision! I am also happy to jump on a call or put together a design board with samples to give you a better idea of what we can achieve.
estimate
Once we are able to meet and discuss your project, I will put together an estimate to give you a vision of the overall cost of the project. Once you approve the estimate, a 50% deposit is required to start on any design. I am aware that everyone has a budget, and custom designs can get VERY expensive. I am happy to work with your budget and play around with numbers to make sure that you get the most bang for your buck!
Proof
Once the initial estimate is approved and the deposit is paid, we get to the fun part - your designs! Depending on the scope of the project, an initial proof will be provided within a week. I usually like to give 2-3 options in the initial proof to give you a few different designs to play off of. We will talk details of each proof to make sure that every detail of your design is perfected.
Production
Once we decide on a finalized design, I will send everything to production. I work with a variety of AMAZING printers locally to Charleston and all over the US. Once everything is off to print, I most likely will not be able to make any further changes. I like to allow 3-4 weeks for printing and production, so keep this in mind when you are timing out the entire process. Once everything is through production, I will do a quality check to make sure the project is 100% perfect.

At APierce Creative Co., I strive to make the creative process as seamless and stress-free as possible. While I go above and beyond to ensure accuracy and quality, here are a few important things to keep in mind:
Timelines & Communication – I provide estimated timelines in my initial emails. If there are delays in communication, your timeline may shift accordingly. I do my best to stay on schedule, but timely responses help keep your project on track!
Proof Approval & Accuracy – Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs, including spelling, grammar, dates, and design details. Once a proof is approved, it is considered final, and any errors are no longer my responsibility. I highly recommend reviewing with fresh eyes or having a second person check before approval!
Shipping & USPS Responsibility – Once your order is handed off to USPS or another shipping provider, it is out of my hands. While I wish I could control the mail system, I cannot be responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. If you run into any problems, I’m happy to assist where I can, but please note that shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

My journey here wasn’t exactly a straight path. I graduated with a math degree (I know, wild ) and had plans for a career in tech—until life had other ideas. After bouncing between nannying, retail, and eventually landing in the wedding and events world, I realized something: every experience was shaping my creative eye.
Working with kids taught me to embrace creativity and play, retail sharpened my eye for detail and connection, and weddings introduced me to the magic of design on paper. It all clicked when I discovered my love for graphic design, and after a little creative detour, I finally took the leap to launch APierce Creative Co.
This business is more than just stationery or branding—it’s a space for all things creative. Whether you're dreaming up a custom invitation suite, a standout brand identity, or something totally outside the box, my goal is to make the process effortless, fun, and completely unique to you—let’s make something amazing together!
